I was on Facebook today and a friend posted this challenge that she's going to be starting.  I absolutely love smoothies and they consume a majority of my diet and so I thought, why not.  The book can be found on Amazon (here) There is a Kindle version as well as a paperback.  I went ahead and got the Kindle version so that I will always have access to it.  The author has other books as well, that I'm very interested in getting.  She can be found on Facebook (here), Twitter (here), and her website (here).  I will be posting before and after pictures throughout this cleansing process.  In the end, I will also be doing a complete review on the book, and results.
