  • 2 Small or 1 large brown rice tortilla {warmed}

  • 1 Egg beaten

  • 1/2 Cup egg whites

  • 1 Strip of Turkey Bacon

  • Garlic powder {optional}

  • Pepper

  • Sea Salt[/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end]Directions



  1. Whisk together the egg, egg whites, and seasonings.

  2. Scramble in a medium nonstick skillet.

  3. Serve on the brown tortilla.[/ezcol_1half_end]
