I got bored one day and see this look and "attempted" to recreate this look. I thought it was very beautiful.

 
Here is what I came up with. It is nowhere near close to it.


I suck at doing eye looks. Being partially blind has a lot to do with it.  The only think I really like about mine was they lashes. Since I have new lighting and camera, I will be attempting this look again in hopes it comes out a lot better.
